One copper electroformed Green Ocean Jasper Lunar Moon complete on a 20" soldered gunmetal chain. Gunmetal patina moon. These moons depict the natural hues found in nature. Ever noticed the crescent moon is always low in the sky and confined to the hours around dawn or dusk; it is never in darkness? When the moon appears early in its first quarter or late in its last quarter, only a small arc-shaped section is visible and illuminated by the Sun. Ocean Jasper only comes from one place in the world, northwestern Madagascar. It was given the name 'Ocean Jasper' because it resembles the waves and ripples of water and the mine was first discovered along the shoreline, originally accessible only at low tide. Green moons measure approximately 1.75" x 1.5”.
