Shipping policy

Shipping costs are strictly calculated based on the weight of the items you have purchased. We use USPS as our carrier and are unable to control shipping times once the product leaves our hands. Holidays, weather, and of course, global pandemics, affect transportation times. We will always furnish tracking information when available.

PLEASE NOTE: We have recently seen USPS deliveries being delayed by a week or more. If you are local, we strongly recommend that you opt for our safe and easy store pickup if at all possible, to avoid shipping charges and potential delays. 

Please CAREFULLY review your shipping information. Boston Tea Room is not responsible for shipping costs on rerouted packages.

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We currently only have one person in the store to fulfill orders, but we are processing shipping orders within 24-48 hours, and most pick-up orders placed by 1pm are available the next day. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup with the contact info you provide (text or email) so please be sure to leave the correct info and check to find for your Ready For Pickup notice!
